Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Sales Training platform, managing user access, content organization, and platform health
• Build and maintain courses and learning paths, ensuring effective training experiences and operational support for launches
• Produce reports and dashboards on training engagement, and manage video production workflows using AI platforms

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience administering Highspot or a comparable sales enablement platform
• Experience in building learning experiences, including courses and structured learning paths
• Hands-on experience creating training videos, preferably with Synthesia or similar AI tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in producing reports and insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
