Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate virtual training sessions for groups of up to 25 participants
• Create an inclusive learning environment and deliver structured multi-day training sessions
• Track attendance and collaborate with the training team to ensure high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone and available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST through July
• Experience in retail banking or a similar industry
• Previous experience facilitating virtual training sessions
• Proficient with digital meeting tools and presentation software
• Highly organized and dependable, able to work effectively in a two trainer delivery model
