Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to develop and deliver innovative learning initiatives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct L&D needs assessments and design tailored L&D solutions
• Create and maintain engaging learning materials and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D solutions
• Manage L&D projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate L&D
• Proven ability to design effective L&D solutions and measure outcomes
• Experience in instructional design and applying adult learning principles
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage timelines and resources
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and facilitating workshops or training sessions
