Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead employee training programs across various key areas
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvement recommendations
• Maintain accurate employee training records and collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in training methods

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in various training methods and/or knowledge of products
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices
• Experience with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Microsoft Teams
