Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating innovative learning solutions to support employee growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging content and training programs tailored to business and employee development needs
  • Coordinate train-the-trainer initiatives and develop comprehensive training programs and materials
  • Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and participant feedback, providing recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related areas
  • Experience designing learning content and materials for in-person and virtual environments
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Microsoft 365 preferred
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and models (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model, ADDIE)
