Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs
  • Assess training needs and develop curriculum to address skill gaps
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in L&D or related field
  • Relevant certifications
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and LMS software, specifically Cornerstone
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
