Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance customer and employee education and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the knowledge base and create new documentation to support users
• Manage the certification program and develop training modules for product knowledge
• Host webinars and create engaging learning materials to drive customer success

Required Qualifications

• Experience in learning & development or technical documentation, preferably in SaaS
• Proven ability to create engaging training materials such as videos and guides
• Experience hosting webinars or virtual training sessions
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and knowledge management tools is a plus
