Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the People Services inbox and ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket management for query resolution
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management and learner experience
  • Coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions and support project delivery and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related role
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with reporting tools
