Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the People Services inbox and ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket management for query resolution
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management and learner experience
- Coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions and support project delivery and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related role
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with reporting tools
