Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and instructional requirements
• Design and develop learning experiences across multiple modalities, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements based on data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in creating and designing learning solutions
• Proficient in eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems; experience with Cornerstone SBX is helpful
• Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy under direction
