Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate enterprise-wide professional development programs for associates
• Design, develop, and deliver interactive training sessions and workshops in various formats
• Measure, evaluate, and track learning effectiveness using metrics and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Training, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience in a learning and development role
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Experience with at least one e-learning authoring tool and one learning management system preferred
• Experience supervising and leading a team of direct reports preferred
