Job Summary

A company is looking for a Young Professional in Learning & Development for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
• Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations and e-learning content
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and analyze feedback from training participants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design
• Creative, organized, and comfortable with digital tools and learning platforms
• Advanced proficiency in English
