Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance training programs and support clinician onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve clinician and employee onboarding and enablement programs
• Design and facilitate high-quality virtual and blended learning experiences
• Develop and maintain training content and resources to support evolving needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in learning & development or related role
• Proven experience designing and facilitating live, virtual, or blended learning experiences
• Strong content development skills for training resources
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional best practices
