Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging training programs and materials tailored to employee development needs
  • Coordinate training delivery and manage logistics for training programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for program improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design
  • Experience designing learning content for both in-person and virtual environments
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
