Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training programs and materials tailored to employee development needs
- Coordinate training delivery and manage logistics for training programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for program improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design
- Experience designing learning content for both in-person and virtual environments
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
