Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to identify workforce capability gaps and design structured learning programs
- Develop training materials and facilitate engaging learning experiences across various formats
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve program quality and impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in learning & development or training delivery
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs in a professional environment
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with compliance-based training (ISO, CMMC, federal requirements) is preferred
