Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to identify workforce capability gaps and design structured learning programs
  • Develop training materials and facilitate engaging learning experiences across various formats
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve program quality and impact
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning & development or training delivery
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs in a professional environment
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with compliance-based training (ISO, CMMC, federal requirements) is preferred
