Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the L&D Director and People & Culture partners to design and implement local and regional learning programs
• Build relationships with managers to assess development needs and deliver tailored learning solutions
• Design and facilitate innovative learning initiatives and manage logistics for global learning programs

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience in facilitation and instructional design
• Strong project management skills with a portfolio of learning projects
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven capability to partner effectively across various teams and locations
