Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of L&D strategies and assist in implementing learning processes
• Assist in the design and delivery of learning solutions and coordinate training events
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver learning solutions and evaluate program success

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in L&D roles such as L&D Specialist or Project Manager
• Proven experience in implementing talent development initiatives
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics
• Experience with learning management systems and educational technology tools
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report on training effectiveness metrics
