Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and materials to address skill gaps and enhance performance
• Manage the Learning Management System, including content uploads, user permissions, and reporting
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design within a business setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience in LMS administration
• Intermediate skills with Articulate 360 and visual design tools
• A portfolio demonstrating instructional design and visual design skills
