Job Summary
To support a growing Human Resources department, the full-time hourly Learning and Development Specialist will design, deliver, and manage learning initiatives, collaborating with HR partners and business leaders to enhance employee development across a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including eLearning modules and instructor-led materials
- Partner with subject matter experts to create learning solutions that align with workforce needs and drive performance outcomes
- Track and analyze learning participation and effectiveness to iterate and improve content quality and learner engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resource Development, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design
- Experience designing or developing eLearning and digital learning assets
- Strong visual design and presentation development skills, including proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory
