Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support employee development, the full-time Learning and Development Specialist will develop, organize, and deliver training programs to a globally dispersed workforce, primarily through remote platforms like Webex, while managing multiple concurrent training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including scheduling and material preparation
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and analyze evaluation results to inform future L&D needs
• Identify training and development needs and manage communications related to L&D initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training for both in-person and remote audiences
• Strong background in designing engaging learning materials and using LMS systems
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt communication for various stakeholders
• Experience with adult learning principles and curriculum design is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn new technologies
