Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Designing digital and print materials to enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist will customize curriculum, deliver training, and maintain educational content while applying graphic design principles to meet stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities

• Customize curriculum and develop training materials to meet organizational needs
• Deliver training utilizing adult learning principles in various formats, including virtual and in-person sessions
• Maintain and update existing training programs and perform quality checks on course functionalities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or six years of equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare environment providing education/training
• Project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods is preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
