Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting employee learning and engagement, the full-time Learning and Development Specialist will coordinate training programs, manage HR processes using Paylocity, and assist with HR business partner activities in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development programs, including onboarding and professional development initiatives
• Utilize Paylocity for managing training assignments, tracking, and reporting employee data
• Partner with the People Operations team to identify learning needs and support employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or People Operations
• Experience coordinating training programs, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Basic understanding of HR practices, including employee relations and performance management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes, including AI technologies
