Job Summary
Supporting employee learning and engagement, the full-time Learning and Development Specialist will coordinate training programs, manage HR processes using Paylocity, and assist with HR business partner activities in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support learning and development programs, including onboarding and professional development initiatives
- Utilize Paylocity for managing training assignments, tracking, and reporting employee data
- Partner with the People Operations team to identify learning needs and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or People Operations
- Experience coordinating training programs, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Basic understanding of HR practices, including employee relations and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes, including AI technologies
