Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and training effectiveness, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs for national accounts while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of national accounts
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs for diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools
