Job Summary
Coordinating training operations, the full-time Learning and Development Specialist will manage administrative workflows, process registrations and payments, and support logistical needs for national training events while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support training coordination and operational execution by managing administrative workflows related to course scheduling and training logistics
- Process registrations, payments, refunds, and reimbursements accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with established policies
- Coordinate back office training operations, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance to support smooth delivery of learning activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines
- 2-4 years of experience in a related role
- Intermediate functional skills relevant to training operations
- Some industry knowledge and experience
- Ability to perform routine and advanced functional tasks
