Job Summary

To support strategic business priorities, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist IV will provide consultative support, drive training strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses and design tailored learning solutions to meet business objectives
  • Manage the development of educational courses and curricula, utilizing various instructional methods for effective learning
  • Serve as a business partner to leadership and project teams, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in learning strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design or Andragogy
  • 10+ years of relevant L&D experience with a strong understanding of instructional design principles
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms and Articulate software
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Prior experience in coaching and providing strategic guidance across various stakeholder groups
