Job Summary
To build and scale learning initiatives, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist will define the learning strategy, enhance existing programs, and create new opportunities for employee growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the learning and development strategy, prioritizing initiatives with measurable business impact
- Design, build, and improve learning programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and leadership development
- Partner with business leaders to assess capability needs and create effective learning solutions to enhance performance
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
- Proven experience in building and scaling learning programs
- Strong program management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Experience designing engaging learning experiences for adult learners
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
