Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of learning initiatives, the full-time remote Learning and Development Business Partner will manage the full cycle of skills programs, partnering with business leaders to enhance team member growth and capability development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and scope training solutions to achieve expected outcomes
• Provide frameworks and tools to support performance management and feedback processes for leaders and HRBPs
• Develop and manage learning and enablement deliverables, including surveys and diagnostic tools to evaluate training effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in an instructional design role
• 3-5 years of experience executing and running training programs
• Fluency in leveraging AI technologies for creating and evaluating solutions
• Experience with various learning technologies such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia
