Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance employee technology proficiency, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist will lead onboarding, deliver ongoing training on core applications, and provide coaching to attorneys and staff across the Firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate new hire onboarding focused on technology and Firm workflows
• Deliver ongoing training on legal and business applications, including Microsoft 365 and other Firm-specific technologies
• Design and implement training programs to enhance technology skills and professional development for attorneys and staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in learning and development, technology training, or instructional design
• At least four years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience in delivering onboarding and technology training to employees with varying technical proficiency
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs and instructional materials
• Familiarity with document management systems and legal technology applications preferred
