Job Summary
Transforming existing learning content into engaging training materials, the contract Learning and Development Specialist will develop instructor-led programs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and review content for accuracy in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Convert self-paced training content into engaging instructor-led training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and organize learning materials
- Develop facilitator guides, presentations, activities, and supporting training resources
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or Learning & Development
- Experience creating training content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled in developing facilitator guides, presentations, activities, and other learning materials
- Ability to quickly learn complex information and translate it into clear, accessible training content
