Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for an intuitive learner experience
• Build and maintain data dashboards and analytics to measure learning engagement and performance
• Develop and integrate digital technologies, including AI and VR/AR, to enhance learning accessibility and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning Technology, LMS Administration, or Digital Learning Innovation
• Proven track record managing LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo)
• Strong analytical and technical skills in reporting and data visualization
• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience developing or supporting AI-based learning tools and immersive VR/AR experiences
