Learning and Development Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Technology Manager responsible for managing the technology ecosystem that supports workforce learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Operations L&D technology roadmap to deliver scalable learning solutions
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize learning platforms to align with business needs
• Manage learning technology vendors and ensure seamless integrations with operational systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in L&D Technology, HRIS, or enterprise systems management required
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP administration and implementation preferred
• Strong understanding of systems integrations and data analytics required
• Vendor management and budget oversight experience required
