Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in learning and development roles
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Ability to engage diverse learners and collaborate across departments
• Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to professional development and current industry trends
