Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials and programs for employees, customers, and partners
• Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions to ensure understanding of products and services
• Continuously assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in talent development or educational training
• Understanding of effective training methodologies and a passion for adult learning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web tools
• Ability to clear required background check
