Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience required
• Bachelor's degree or higher in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and multimedia tools such as Camtasia
• Experience with gamification strategies and emerging learning technologies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
