Job Summary

- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires and employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement strategies that enhance employee knowledge
- Facilitate virtual or in-person training events, ensuring a positive learning experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in designing and delivering adult training programs preferred
- Experience in planning and organizing training programs required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite required
- Experience in the insurance industry and project management preferred
