Learning and Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the onboarding and learning experience, the full-time Learning and Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding operations, coordinate enterprise learning programs, and partner with HR and business leaders to ensure effective employee integration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise onboarding experience and lead the preboarding and onboarding process
• Coordinate and facilitate START Class programming, ensuring alignment with BGBx's culture and values
• Administer learning technologies and support enterprise learning initiatives, tracking participation and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, learning and development, or a related field
• Experience managing or coordinating employee programs and learning initiatives
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with learning management systems, preferably Docebo
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
