Job Summary
To support a growing user base, the full-time remote Learning and Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, create educational resources, and enable internal teams by developing scalable documentation and training materials.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while providing clear and empathetic support
- Create onboarding guides and training content to enhance customer education and product adoption
- Develop and document resources to improve internal processes and support team effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years in an instructional design role at a higher education institution or related certification/degree
- Experience supporting enterprise or higher education customers, particularly with presentation tools and LMS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across various operating systems and software integrations
- Ability to create support documentation and training content effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and self-direction in managing projects without heavy oversight
