Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Learning Architect for a full-time remote position, responsible for crafting compelling proposals, collaborating on innovative learning solutions, and ensuring RFP compliance while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of proposal writing and development, ensuring tailored and cohesive submissions
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design creative and effective learning solutions based on client needs
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and manage proposal details for accuracy and clarity

Required qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience in the training/learning field with expertise in blended learning solutions
• 3-5+ years of experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Proven experience in writing proposals and RFP responses
• Background in marketing, brand communications, or content strategy is a strong plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging learning technologies
