Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Learning Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Learning Center strategy, infrastructure, and content ecosystem
• Define a multi-year roadmap for learning experiences for various user groups globally
• Establish success metrics and leverage data insights to optimize learning journeys

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building or owning large-scale learning management systems or platforms
• Experience launching learning programs from the ground up in high-growth or enterprise environments
• Ability to build systems, processes, and teams for scalable delivery
• Demonstrated customer obsession and commitment to learner experience and outcomes
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams
