Learning & Certification Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Learning & Certification to lead the design and execution of learning and certification experiences for advertisers and agencies globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers and program managers
• Lead the design and maintenance of engaging learning and certification programs
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners to align training solutions with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or certification program management
• Proven experience in building and launching eLearning and certification programs
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and eLearning tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
