Learning Coach
Job Summary
As a fully remote hourly Learning Coach, the successful candidate will proactively support a cohort of students throughout their program, ensuring engagement and progress towards graduation and employment in healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to students to maintain engagement and track academic progress
- Build individualized success plans for at-risk students to address barriers to completion
- Collaborate with instructors and the Student Operations team to resolve issues affecting student success
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in student coaching, academic advising, or a related support role
- Ability to manage high volumes of outreach via email, text, and phone
- Strong organizational skills to handle a full caseload of students effectively
- Comfort with learning new tools, including CRM or case-management platforms
- Availability during daytime hours, Monday - Friday, 9am-7pm ET
