Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the remote Learning & Enablement Consultant will deliver training, create educational content, and engage with customers to enhance their understanding of merchandising tools and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and recorded training sessions for customers and internal teams while maintaining training content and certifications
• Engage with customers post-implementation to identify gaps in understanding and update training materials accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal training and gather feedback for continuous improvement of educational resources

Required qualifications

• Experience in Retail Planning or Merchandising with knowledge of Open-to-Buy, Assortment Planning, and Allocation concepts
• Familiarity with merchandising tech stacks and integrations such as Blue Yonder/JDA, O9, and Shopify
• Ability to create and maintain structured training content, including help articles and webinar materials
• Strong presentation skills to convey planning and merchandising concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to take on multiple roles
