Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, while working either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on development strategies and best practices
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, implement, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences and solutions
• Lead learning projects, create project plans, and communicate project status and recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
