Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business area leaders and stakeholders, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from needs analysis through design and implementation, focusing on talent development solutions that enhance organizational performance, and may work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and serve as a learning and development advisor
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions
