Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in enhancing workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, leveraging instructional design expertise and strong consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to identify talent development needs and recommend solutions
• Design and implement various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication of project status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual collaboration technologies
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
