Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in enhancing workforce capabilities, the part-time Learning Consultant will identify talent development needs and design effective learning solutions, managing multiple projects remotely while leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to consult on development strategies and talent needs
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, and implement various learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
