Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational learning initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning solutions, either remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders to identify learning and development needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions
