Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design effective solutions, and manage multiple projects, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders while consulting on development strategies and talent engagement
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions
• Lead learning projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, learning management systems, and authoring tools
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and facilitation
