Job Summary

Partnering with customers to shape and deliver learning solutions, the full-time remote Learning Consultant will focus on understanding business objectives, recommending strategies, and guiding the deployment of learning programs to meet workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify business objectives and learning priorities
• Facilitate the design and deployment of learning programs aligned with customer goals
• Review learning metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform recommendations

Required qualifications

• Experience consulting on learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives
• Ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions
• Experience in supporting blended learning programs across various formats
• Working knowledge of learning tools and program delivery models
• Clear experience facilitating discussions with customers and subject matter experts
