Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning solutions, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities across teams and documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years' experience in applying instructional design methodologies and delivering learning solutions in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management
