Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To drive business results and enhance workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing evidence-based strategies, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led and self-paced experiences
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• Proficiency in applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Skilled in using virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
